this is the second time I bought jewellery from bene, the first time was delivered fast 2-3 days,this time idk why its very slow i waited almost 1 week... I know is the delivery company problem I track my parcel every 2 days and twice I saw unsuccessful delivery and my stuff is urgent ,past experience its fast delivery so I decide to but again, I think have to think about before buy next time if urgent stuff. Hope can change or improve the delivery company.
